We appreciate this document was not requested, but as Aled Ellis & Co Ltd has always been open to new ideas, it is our sincere hope that we have put forward a few of value. It was our aim to outline ways to maintain the advantage, increase engagement, build on the existing reputation for excellent customer service, develop the brand, deliver clients away from competitors and increase market share and revenue.
It is our belief that should Aled Ellis & Co Ltd adopt what’s been put forward, there is the potential to move beyond competitors in terms of user engagement and service offer. From a local standpoint, even though they have caught up in some respects, what we are proposing, for some, it could be years before they can adapt.
